Client oriented personnel, swimming pool and hammam, great view from the pool, perfect breakfast - I highly recommend this hotel to everybody. Hotel is appr. 20 min by tram from the center, but they provided the tickets for groung transport. |

The SPA area is relatively basic for a 4 star hotel. The room climatisation can not be adjusted. |

The location of the hotel was very good to access anywhere we liked. The breakfast was also one of the best. The parking was very expensive. |

Very customer-oriented staff, polite and available to help. Excellent break-fast buffet. The Amrita spa is very very small compared to other Amritas around the world. The changing room looks like an elevator ;-) |

As always, the location. Service and cleanliness good. Visa card did not work even though it worked perfectly in shops & ATMs. My card must have pin-code included but the hotel does not have this function ! The hotel must solve this urgently as cards around the world will in time need the pin-code to work. My coffee machine did not work, not seen by HK, and not fixed after I told reception- had to report a 2nd time. Minibar over charged but corrected |
