The Hotel Schweizerhof Zürich is located opposite the main railway station and right on the famous "Bahnhofstrasse". Zurich's exclusive boutiques, internationally known banks and various tourist attractions are all within walking distance. Only 15 min. walk to the Lake of Zurich.
Only 12 min. by direct train from the International airport Zurich-Kloten or approx. 30 min. by taxi.

quality into the smallest details

the noice/vibrations of the strassenbahn was felt in the room and it woke me up. Also the entrance lobby should be refreshed/redecorated.

The hotel was excellent - the staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the breakfast was lovely, the room was very nicely decorated; the attention to detail was excellent. Definately far superior to other 4 star hotels we have stayed in, even better than some 5 star hotels.

The bathroom was very small
