Beliggenheten var bra, rommene fine og hotellet var fint. Enkelte av personalet kunne vært mer hyggelige og blide - særlig under frokosten var det ikke mye smil å se. |

Hotel staff were attentive and kind. Comfortable room and excellent Italian restaurant for having dinner. Good location Too close to Train station. I can listen the train arrival. In fact, the king bed was two bed together |

Central location, next to the station. Efficiently run. Good facilities, bar and restaurant. Very noisy. Was placed in the Studio block at the rear of the hotel which meant having to walk outside in order to get to reception. Poor breakfast. |

Great location right across from the main railway station, but relatively quiet. Small but comfortable rooms. I felt like I was experiencing a foreign country instead of staying at a chain hotel that could have been anywhere. The room was a bit small, and I had difficulty controlling the heating. |

The receptionist was extremely impolite and I changed, in person, my residence on the last day of my stay in Geneva to Hotel Royal which was a lot more decent. |
